The Faude's Restaurant celebrates flavours and senses with a fine and modern gastronomy, while revisiting all the local classics you love.
In this way the menu follows the seasons and changes three in the year.
From the 5th to the 21st November, instead of the classic menu, Thierry, José and their team are honouring Jean-Marie with a menu called "My dad's cooking" that's highlighting his favorite recepies. The menu is honouring alsatian et welche specialities
