For local inhabitants and our customers. If the latter have far to come, we offer preferential rates for the overnight stay.
♦When are they organised ?
They take place from January to April, on Saturday mornings from 10 am to 3 pm. They are followed by lunch in the restaurant.

♦How are they organised ?
Thierry and his team explain how they prepare the recipes served at Le Faudé. At each session, a fish or meat dish and a dessert will be prepared. Places are limited to 12 per course.
A wine-grower, one of our suppliers, will be present to explain about the wines he produces, wine tasting and which wines to choose for which foods.
Aperitif in the hotel's cellar, with explanations.
Lunch featuring the dishes prepared during the lesson. They will of course be accompanied by wines selected by the wine-grower and Chantal..
|We also offer for groups of 6 to 10 people outside the course dates on Saturday morning, except weekends large crowds.
