Faude Terroir - Restaurant Tradition
Le Grenier Welche
When Mariette and Jean-Marie Baldinger bought out it in 1960, the hotel restaurant le Faudé, was an ordinary village café. At that time it had two rooms and four bedrooms for travellers.
La Stewala
As a chef, Jean-Marie, Thierry’s father, offered meals with local Welche and Alsatian specialities.
It is this heritage that Thierry really wants to perpetuate with Le Faudé Country Cuisine.
Le Faudé Country Cuisine has two dining rooms as setting :
Le
Grenier Welche (‘The Welche Attic’) celebrates ancestral
traditions with its large fireplace and its collection of period tools.
La
Stewala welcomes you in a décor dedicated to the vineyard,
celebrating the wealth of the local vines.
