The wine list
Chantal in the Faudé's wine cellar
Grand Prix of the 2005 wine press in the French Gastronomy category, Faude's wine list is the fruit of Chantal's patient research.
It offers you a wide range of Alsatian wines, going from wine to glass to Grand Cru wines and Old vintages and going through rare products such as wines in biodynamic, bio wines, landwines.
The other French wine-growing regions have the place of honour in it : Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Beaujolais region, Rhône valley, Val de Loire, South-West, South-East... As well as a prestigious liqueur list...
